In Collaboration with our friends at our local radio station, 99X, we've brewed a West Coast-Style Pilsner! We brewed this lager like a traditional pilsner on the hot side with Zuuper Saazer hops, dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe, then lagered it for 4 weeks!

This Mexican Lager was brewed to be crisp, clean, and delightful for warmer days. It was crafted with Riverbend Cumberland Malt and a heavy amount of Riverbend Cumberland Malted Corn to create a sweet base and hopped with a mix of Noble and New Zealand Hops to give it an herbal base with a slightly citrusy aroma. Best paired with Cinco de Mayo. Viva La Lager!
