In Collaboration with our friends at our local radio station, 99X, we've brewed a West Coast-Style Pilsner! We brewed this lager like a traditional pilsner on the hot side with Zuuper Saazer hops, dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe, then lagered it for 4 weeks!

The Xperiment continues! Our New Zealand variant has the same base beer, but this time we’ve dry hopped with Eggars Farm Nelson Sauvin hops and finished in the brite tank with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin Sub Zero Hop Kief! This fresh version is bursting with an aroma of White Grape, Grapefruit, and a hint of Gooseberry.

George Sloshington is back just in time to celebrate our nations 250th birthday! This time we wanted to showcase the same Mt. Hood american hops, but exclusively use whole hop cones instead of pellets. The whole cones bring a much smoother bitterness and contribute a slightly sweeter and floral hop flavor. Paired with the same great american pilsner malt cracker sweetness, this special edition will have your brain doing some intense American Flag waving at the base of Mount Crush-More!

Belgian Styled Saison

Named after the first corner at the Spa-Francorchamps F1 circuit in Belgium, this Belgian-Style Farmhouse Saison is a representation of origin for our brewer, Dan. The yeast for this Saison is a blend of 2 yeasts: 1 harvested from a farm in Dan’s native Virginia, the other harvested from an old brewery in Washington DC. Brewed with barley, red and white wheat, and rye then hopped with German Hersbrucker hops and spiced with lemon and orange peel, this refreshing Farmhouse Ale is a modern representation of the seasonal beers of the past with some origin cooked in. Made to be enjoyed and/or contemplated.
