This is the first in a series of Lagers designed to showcase some lesser-known American Hops in a more subtle way through the ever approachable Lager. Triumph Hops provide aromatic notes of Peach, Orange, Pine, and slight bubblegum. Combined with Rahr North Star Pilsner Malt, this beer will redefine the classic American Lager. We’ve taken that approach, using Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt for a slightly sweet malt taste with a light hint of toffee, and hopping with German Select and Saphir for noble floral and mild spicy notes
